You get it in writing before we start
The warranty conversation happens at the walkthrough, not after a problem. Your Project Consultant sets out exactly what is covered, what is not, and what to do if something needs attention — in the written proposal, alongside the surfaces, products and schedule. A warranty you have read is worth more than one you have been told about.
It is transferable, which matters more than it sounds. A paint job should add value rather than just turn heads, so if you sell, the remaining coverage goes to the buyer with the house — and that is a thing your agent can put in the listing.
We would rather you had that in writing than take a slogan on trust. It is also why we use quality products throughout: a warranty is only as good as what is under it, which is why we work with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore rather than whatever is cheapest on the shelf.
If something does need looking at later, call the office. The same people who wrote your proposal are the ones who pick up.
